TKDC comprises of an inspiring group of people who are taking ownership of their city. By operating with a spirit of excellence they hope to impact their city and surrounding areas by enforcing high morals, invoking ethical standards and applying new waves of thinking…yielding a new culture.

At the end of the program/s, lives of families will be improved, reducing unemployment (which is a major factor leading to abuse and the homeless).

This proposal outlines our business plans for 2014 to 2016. This will lay a framework throughout the entirety of the KDC projects so we can achieve our objectives and milestones vital to our success. During the planning period, we will focus on reaching critical implemented milestones.  This plan includes visible emphasis on initiatives for community viability by offering economic, social and cultural services.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

TKDC city program expects to revitalize and significantly impact the downtown Johannesburg area by restoring pride and promoting economic opportunities which lead to a sustainable place of living for local residents without crime, while addressing those individuals who are suffering from drug, alcohol addictions, abuse and destitution.

TKDC will provide an array of services and comprehensive programs at a centralized location with job training, on-site education and outreach programs.

Far beyond the contributions of the public and private sector, the Kingdom dream centre is poised to make a tremendous legacy to these challenged members of our society.

LOCATION

The location is the pulse to TKDC city program being successful. It will be centrally located, downtown Johannesburg. This locale is easily accessible and close to all forms of transport. The goal is to develop a public facility with an advanced business center, coffee shop and internet café, where children can do their homework and school projects.
