In order for us to impact the downtown Johannesburg community and surrounding areas;

GOALS
The goals of the Professional Development program include:
• Provide computer based training focused on the job preparation and follow-up services.
• Offer “hands-on” experiences which build self-esteem and leadership skills.
• Deliver Internship programs to prepare and bring exposure to the future workforce.
OBJECTIVES
Some of the development workshops will include the following:
• Resume writing
• Preparation for the ultimate interview
• Dress for success program
• Introduce the concept of Small Business Ownership
• Business Professional Mentorship program.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
All our staff and volunteers will have different cultural, racial, gender, economic and social backgrounds to meet all the needs of the community. They will receive the necessary training and skills to effectively work with the orphans, abused children, addicts, abused women and people with HIV/AIDS
